Is Member Support active?

I have a query about notice on my membership. I went into the Help & Feedback section of the app and then into Membership Queries where I sent a WhatsApp message to David Lloyd Member Support. It’s been 3 days now and no-one’s read my message. Does anyone have a better way of contacting them, or should I just speak to someone at my club?
