I want to apologize to the members of the avoidant attachment sub and also the DA sub

Yesterday I posted a screenshot of one of the DA posts from that sub…to here. I screenshotted because the user in that community has a dismissed avoidant attachment style and typed a sentence “I knew I would leave before…”. I used the sentence to “help” me cope with my own mental stuff and I should have never screenshotted. I should have never used that sentence to bring people with avoidant attachment style down. I apologized to the user in private but now members of the avoidant sub are talking about this sub. It’s all on me. My fault. Also don’t read the avoidants’ comments because it’s about ME. Not the members of this wonderful sub.

Again I apologize to the user, to the people in the avoidant sub, and to you guys bc now they’re talking about us over there. You’re all good people. This is me. I’m so sorry. Thanks for reading.

My dismissive avoidant ex broke my heart and my mental health is bad from it. But I should have never compared another DA’s words to my ex.
