So,i have a question about a weird dream i just had

I just made some research and nobody seems to be asked this I had a weird and honestly kind of disgusting dream about this thing that happen when rats get their tails tangled: Rat King it's called. I dreamt that this same thing was tangled ALSO but to my hand. That bunch of death rats, interwined with its tails to my hand. (Terrifying) In my dream i managed to get them off, removing one by one carefully, but it was honestly not nice.

Someone has any suggestion of what it means?
