Do I need a licence just to sell stationery items on Instagram?

I wanna import items such as stickers, tapes, journals etc. from suppliers on Alibaba to sell them on Instagram but I'm confused whether I need a licence to show to custom duties office? I'm sorry if this question doesn't belong in this sub. Please let me know if there's a better sub for this. Thanks!
