First List Assistance

Hello! Recently joined the faction, and have planted up what models I have (two fully magnetized war dogs and a fully magnetized questorus frame), with one more used karnivore hopefully on the way, and am looking to build my first 1k list using the models I have. As I am primarily a guard player, I threw together a list using ionoclast, and am wondering if it’s a decent base to build off of for the future, and where I should go for it to either fully convert it to chaos knights (the answer probably is and always will be more dogs) and/or how to take it to a full 2000 points army.
