Delta Pro - DC Charging not recognized.

Hi gang - I’d like to pick yer brains to see if I’m missing anything of if this (fairly new) Delta Pro is defective.

I have a 60xti cable as well as the provided 12v Cigarette Adapter cable. My hope is to get this unit to recognize my 100ah LifePo battery when connected. I also have a 48v step-up adapter to see if that made a difference. Nothing. Used meter to verify power in each attempt.

EcoFlow support downgraded my firmware and I’ve executed that (no change). Their only solution is for me to return it in exchange for a used replacement.

I’ve powered it off (and waited) a number of times to attempt a reset, etc…

Is there anything else I should be trying? Thanks for any ideas!
