Generac Still Not Recommended?

Someone just listed their solar setup for sale and from what I have read, Generac is a closed system and not recommended around here.

They are selling the following:
- 13 SILFAB SOLAR SIL-330 HL MODULES

- 3 GENERAC PV LINK S2502 POWER OPTIMIZERS

- 1 GENERAC PWRCELL X7602 7600W INVERTER

Thoughts?
