Ideal settings when starting a dynasty?

Didn't see anyone else post this recently.

Starting a dynasty now has a TON of options and settings to choose from. It felt like a lot which stopped me from starting a dynasty last night. I'm sure some of the settings can be changed, but any advice on starting up a dynasty or any specific settings that are worth noting/changing?
