Spotted Asian long-horned beetles in Besiktas park—who to contact?

Saw a number of these beetles in Yahya Kemal Park on Barbaros. Someone told me that the city is trying to eradicate them as they destroy the trees. Does anyone know who to contact to alert the city to the infestation in this park?

Attached a picture, if you zoom in you can see one on the trunk. There's a good dozen around this tree, as well as another nearby.
