How a month without cannabis feels (30 days sober from cannabis)

30 days off of marijuana Although it hasn't been simple, it has been essential.

Week 1: tight chest, racing thoughts, dense brain fog, and panic attacks at three in the morning.
Week 2: My anxiety changed, becoming more inward-focused and bringing up previously suppressed feelings like fear, anger, and sadness.
Day 30: I feel a little more liberated, but I'm still fighting. I awaken as myself, without any haze or numbing.
I'm gradually reestablishing my relationship with myself and clearing my head.

There are difficult times, but there are also happy times, even if they are short.

There is light ahead for anyone embarking on this journey. Although it requires bravery and tenacity, life after marijuana is real.

Has anyone else made it to 30 days? For you, what changed?
