Carmovement feels strange, am i the only one ?

I dont know if its just me or if they changed something Ingame. But since the Prepatch for the Anniversary Update came out my car doesnt feel as "sharp" as before. Idk how to describe but it feels like my controls have an Input Buffer. I was Peaking and felt so comfortable before this Patch and even Peaked nearly 1800. But the day the Patch was there, this was all gone.

Maybe there is anyone else who feels the same, or maybe im going crazy after playing this Game for 10 Years now
