Haneda Airport to Osaka

It may seem unusual but I am considering to go to Osaka from Haneda airport as the flight is cheaper for me for Haneda and Osaka flight is expensive. So anyway, I need advice about luggage, is it easy to carry luggage on below train lines? I will have 1 big size luggage bag and 2 medium size.

Keikyu line, Tokaido Shinkansen, Shin-osaka to Dobutsuen line.

Or the luggage transfers will be better choice, but I am assuming I wont get them same day and wonder if next day the hotel will receive it as I will be outside for my travel in osaka somewhere.

I will reach Haneda probably by 7am approx.
