Different housing options?

Greetings everyone I looking for advice about housing me and my gf live with my mother and we want to move out. We’re both not sure about getting a mortgage and was wondering If there’s any other options out there? We live In Ohio and I’m In Cuyahoga county and I’ve been looking into trailer parks but all the ones even close around here the lot rent is too high and all seasons rvs don’t seem to be a thing around here please help!?
