Will I get Approved?

Hello, I am considering applying for the Amex Cobalt CC as my second CC (my other CC is the RBC cashback MC | $2,500 credit limit) for the perks I have a 751 TU with a credit history of 3 years with no late/missed payments and low credit utilization (2%). My only concern is as I have just graduated from university and only have a part time job that pays ~$10k yearly. Will I have good odds of approval or should I wait?

I hope I’m not asking a dumb question as this is all new to me!
