🎤 Building a Team to Launch the Next Big Artist (But Without the Predatory Label Model)

Hi everyone,

I’m Faesymphony, a genre-bending artist based in NYC who sings, raps, writes, and lives to tell stories through music and visuals. I’m building something I’ve never seen before: a non-predatory group/-similar to a label but not a label. A team where we grow together, make real contracts, and bring an artist (me,faesymphony) to the masses,but without the traditional gatekeeping, exploitation, or vague “vibes-only” collabs. I made another post about a collective that was more to connect and see what comes of it and form bonds which i still want but this post is more on the serious end.

Here’s the vision:

I’m looking to assemble a tight team of people who are passionate about helping grow artists (like thats what you love to do fr fr) and who want to build something revolutionary. This is not about free labor. It’s about a shared mission, backend splits, and real structure. I’m talking: • PR or publicists • Creative/Branding strategists • Sync licensing agents • Booking assistance • Social media + marketing heads • Investors or anyone who knows how to find artist investors

I don’t always have upfront pay right now, just being transparent. But I’m open to structured backend royalty splits, publishing splits, and professional contracts so no one is left unpaid or exploited. I’ will look into speaking with a pro bono entertainment lawyer or if you know any let me know. to help draft contracts that protect all parties. I take this seriously. You won’t be giving your time away for nothing, want this to be your come-up, too. The only reason I'm making this post is because I believe in my dream so much that I'm willing to ask for help and make investments and trust new people. As we know, no one reaches success on their own.

This isn’t just a kumbaya collab thing for me. This is about helping launch a new artist(me,faesymphony) with intention, branding, and business sense. And if you’ve ever dreamed of being part of building the next big thing without needing a label to greenlight it,you’re who I want to hear from.
