BALI -->car rental service with a driver

Hi, we will be in Bali in 20 days. We still need to plan the last 3 days. We've decided to spend three days in the northern area. The plan is to start from Sanur, heading to the BLU LAGON route (for snorkeling), then Amed (snorkeling and overnight stay there), Lovina, and Menjangan (snorkeling and overnight stay), and finally return to Sanur passing by the Banjar hot spring and the Nungnung waterfall. We are looking for a car rental service with a driver. Can you help us? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!
