Why do I feel like teenage boys don't like girls that are unique and not carbon copies of other girls?
Listen, over the past few years I have noticed that, at least in my country, only girls who look literally the same as many other girls ( looks like: heavy makeup, straightened hair, listen to rap music, are popular etc.) get boyfriends or boys like them. I don't understand why most of teenage boys only look for girls like this. There are plenty of unique and beautiful women that may be " different " from other girls but still have great personalities and look just fine. I myself am one of those girls who have their unique style and aren't exactly the same as many other girls. And I have never been approached by a guy, which is strange because the girls who have the style I mentioned previously, are always approached by guys. I'm not that closeted a person and always open to talk so I find it strange. I don't think I'm unattractive or something, it's just that I don't get why guys never approach girls that look different. Girls that are unique. I don't know how it is in different countries, it may be different for everyone, I'm just speaking from my own experience. And of course, by this post I don't mean to hate on girls that dress like many other girls, I'm just asking a genuine question.
