LPU for food science and technology or SRM for biomedical engineering

Hi! I'm confused about these 2 universities, and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. From what I know, SRM has a great ranking but people told me that the placements are moderate and that language will be a bit of an issue. LPU has everything good for food tech but it's also not very popular. I also heard that biomedical is a narrow niche subject and still developing in India which limits job prospects but with food tech i have job security. I would appreciate it greatly if people from these fields could help out
