Visa

Hi guys so I dropped about 10 points from my predicted grades and I got 1 3 in chemistry HL (my offer was conditional- to get all 4 or higher) I do have a valid reason but I am wondering should I start my visa process because it will take around 30 days or even more or should I wait? I have emailed them about it and am still waiting for a response, should I just start the visa process?
