modded minecraft bugging out?

im using mods like the world edit, classic and timeless guns mods, and more, but i have never seen this, im assuming its just an issue with the blocks not updating, but i have never seen this before, its like they were there but not there, i couldnt necesrily shoot through the ghost blocks, and the bullet hole texture was pink like a missing texture. have yall ever encountered this?

u can also see that the lighting is a bit weird where there should be a ghost block
