How soon does Fred Meyer let you refill your medications?

How early can/do you refill your scripts with Fred Meyer? I’m curious if my issue is a location specific policy/issue. Fred Meyer doesn’t let me refill my script until 2 days before I’m completely out. They also don’t do a great job of keeping my prescription in stock so I wind up with a partial fill. Is this normal for Freddie’s? Maybe a local Fred Meyer pharmacist wants to weigh in on the policy..? TLDR how early can you refill your script at Fred Meyer in Portland?
