Zep to Wegovy

Like thousands of others, I am affected by the Caremark drop of Zepbound. I started in oct 2024 and have lost 60lbs comfortably, without changing my life a whole lot. This is my last week of Zep, starting wegovy next Wednesday. My provider sent a script for 2.4mg wegovy. I’m nervous to start so high, even though I’ve been on 15mg Zep for 2 months. For those who had switched, what dose were you at for Zep and what did you start at for wegovy?
