Is it okay to refund + block a buyer if they’re weird?

Someone on Depop bought an item of mine, but I checked the profile and realized the person is someone who (in real life) did not respect the boundaries of my body.

I am incredibly uncomfortable knowing they’d have an article of clothing of mine. Would it be bad practice to refund them and block them?

I hope this makes sense. It just scares me to think someone that hurt me would have my clothing. They’d also have my address :(
