mods for server

I'm renting my own server. I want to set it up for me and a few of my friends to play on, easy as hell play. Like not timers, waiting, grinding. Just build fast, tame fast, imprint fast, mutate fast.

Which mods would facilitate this best?

fast leveling ( I currently do this through game settings so this isn't a big deal )

fast taming

fast baby growth

fast incubation/hatching

easy imprint/mutation

easy crafting/building

more loot in caches/crates/chests/dino drops

I know this setup will probably be frowned upon by the hardcore community but I'm trying to make it so we build/tame/PvP then do it all over again. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you
