PC Issues

Hello everyone,

My new PC was completed last night, but as soon as I connected it to my monitor, I noticed immense stuttering. As soon as I used my other mouse, it improved greatly, but stuttering was still apparent. I then went into Nvidia CP to make some changes, and things got probably 2% better. The mouse kept "skipping" across the screen, so I went on Reddit and saw a post that said the Hyte Y70's riser cable doesn't support Gen5, and I would have to change the "PCIEX16_1 Link Mode" to Gen4 instead of the default Auto mode. The leap was tremendous compared to where I was before. The only issue remaining is that I still occasionally experience these stutters. The stutters are less frequent and very small, but they're there. I was wondering if anyone had a clue as to what might be happening.
