LG "Warranty" is Useless

I just bought a brand new LG DLEX4000B dryer with washer. After having it a week, I decided the door would work better opening the other way. Requires removing and six screws. Easier than changing the batteries on some of my daughter's toys. One of the screws was mis-threaded in the factory and broke off while removing. LG told me that's not covered by warranty and wanted to charge me $400 just to come out. Half the cost of the BRAND NEW appliance. I haven't been this angry in a long time. I will never buy LG anything ever again, and neither should you.
