Unable to connect permanent outdoor lighting to WiFi

My dad bought two strings of permanent outdoor lighting for his house. We were able to connect one to both Bluetooth and WiFi, but the second is connected to Bluetooth but will not connect to the WiFi. We keep getting an error message telling us to connect it to Bluetooth before WiFi, but it’s already connected to Bluetooth so that doesn’t make any sense. We’re pretty much at a loss for what to do at this point. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a solution?
