Travel History PR application

Hi, i recently got my ITA. When filling in the questionnaire about travel history, do we need to include the travel or the day we arrive in Canada as student? What should be the "from and to dates" and what if there are travels in between my studies during study breaks to the US before graduating? I arrived here in Canada on September 2022 and on my Christmas break, December 2022, I visited my relatives to the US. So should I include my date of arrival in Canada on September 2022 as part of travel history?
