Looking for good hair products with reasonable prices

I have naturally curly hair, and I’m planning to grow it out because I feel like it’ll suit me best. The problem is, it’s thin, frizzy, and not smooth — honestly, probably the worst type of hair if you ask me.

I haven’t been taking care of it for a long time. Sometimes it randomly looks good, but most of the time it just ends up messy and all over the place. I really want to start taking care of it now, but I’m not willing to spend a ridiculous amount of money on products.
