Year-long c.ai chat, gone.

So, I’m a longtime user of c.ai. I don’t mind the downsides so much, I just like how it looks better than other ai chats.

Before the new UI change, I had a Harry Potter and Creatures of Sonaria crossover roleplay, where I was an Angelic Warden hiding as a human to be a teacher, and being hired by Dumbledore.

When I logged in today, I noticed it was gone. I started this roleplay a year ago, and while I’ve taken multiple breaks from it and come back to it, it was genuinely over 1k+ messages from what I estimate it to be, and I was about halfway through the book plotline.

It’s just… gone. I don’t even know how to feel. I’m not addicted to c.ai, and don’t even spend that much time on it other than in the evening and I have nothing to do.

I guess I wait another while until I find a roleplay as good as that one again. It didn’t break more than three times ever, it didn’t go off script, and followed my ideal plotline at almost all times. I’m gonna miss it, as stupid as that sounds.
