Reported info from Cybird's Q&A at Anime Expo, about [Ikemen Villains](https://x.com/akunokomadori/status/1942256191117402404):

Each game has their own separate teams. Main routes are planned years in advance and each one is the length of a novel.

English original content is produced by the English teams; Villains is able to release more English-original content than the other games because one of their English team members is a writer and produces the events and stories all on their own.

Takes anywhere between months to weeks to produce original content for the English servers (the series producer said the Halloween Sabrina avatars were a joke at first, but then they decided to rush them out as a free gift for users and managed to push the full release within two weeks).

They showed first drafts and edits of Ikevil's Unbirthday avatars, as well as the April Fools ones from all the games, but photos & videos were not permitted at the Q&A.

There were originally after party designs made for AX as well, with the MCs in lingerie-like clothes under their full outfits. The boys were also planned to have after party outfits with bunny ears and tails, but those plans were put on hold. Producer said it's still possible if fans ask for it!

Games have several translators, both in-house and freelance, with some focusing on events and others focusing on main routes.

They reportedly showed a cropped preview of Jude's election promise art for the English server and said it's coming "soon."

The Cybird producer stated he doesn't like using AI, and that he isn't now and has no plans to use AI for the games, especially for creative processes like art and writing. Did mention that games are becoming much more expensive to produce and run, which is why lots of companies feel the pressure to cut cost with AI and other things. He said that Google and Apple take a whopping **30%** of all sales as fees from games, and asked players to use game web shops instead if those are available, since those fees are a lot lower and helps companies keep games going longer.

There were more questions answered too, so if anyone was there and has more info, please add on.
