Can’t download a notebook

So my wife and I have kindle scribes linked to the same accounts. So we can share calendars and what not. I was editing our calendar and so was she. And neither would update. Sync is turned on and I did all the troubleshooting. I received the calendar from her device and now she. I try to re download it, I keep getting “download failed”

Anyone have any idea why it won’t reinstall? Or any suggestions?
