New Slayer Shop Passive for Turoth/Kurasks: Broad Strokes

Tl;dr - passive ability you buy from Slayer masters for slayer reward points that let you damage turoth/kurask with any weapon, but you have a damage cap

Storywise, slayer masters finally figure out the trick to harming the creatures with any weapon.

This takes a page from the ability to damage ice strykewyrms without a tzhaar cape.

Essentially, yes, you could now use a t80+ augmented weapon to damage the slayer creatures with any combat style. The weapon's accuracy will carry over.

Damage output is a different matter. Leaf blade weapons, slayer dart, and broad ammo are all t55.

Suggestion for damage dealt be capped at t55 ... potentially lower ...
