he can’t have sex after 2 years

i have been with my boyfriend for almost two years and in that two years we’ve never successfully had sex it’s like we get on the roller coaster move 4 steps and get back down. we’re both 20 and i’ve tried to initiate it because he always says he is nervous and that’s fine he’s always reassured me that he is attracted to me and all that but to be intimate is seemingly even oral he can only finish by himself and i’m sure i’m doing the right thing but i start doubting myself when he can’t finish especially after 2 years or like even trying to give me any kind of intimacy aside for like kissing and very surface level he can’t he says he gets nervous he also mention you know he watched a porn and now it’s affected his stuff but seriously is it possible that it’s that bad, also again i have to heavily emphasize he says he’s attracted to me and compliments me but i think he may be lying and i’m being dumb playing a waiting game
