Drug testing twice during orientation

I recently accepted a travel contract in a state where THC isn’t recreational. My agency requested a drug test 2 weeks ago and passed with flying colors . This 4th of july I celebrated a bit and ate brownies with THC in it and smoked. My question is : Upon arrival to my travel contract in a few days will I be tested again by employee health or is the one from the travel agency the only time ! Any response is appreciated im panicking
