Stupid angsty (I guess you could call it a poem) I wrote in a weird head space it’s supposed to be a conversation

(1)Why do we have to suffer? (2)Everybody suffers (1)But why are we this way (2)I think everyone is this way (1)Are they really? (2)I think so (1)Have we tried to drown it? (1)Is there any way to starve it? (1)If we submerge It in acid would that coroded it? (1)Is there a sharp enough knife to cut it out? (2)We’ve tried that (1)What about radiation? Can we poison it? (1)Is there any where to hide it? (2) we’ve tried that (1)Sometimes I’ll feel close to death truly believing I’ll die, and I’ll feel this adrenaline and my stomach will tighten up and for just one second it’s gone I mean completely gone and I’ll feel scared because it’s possible that it’s death it’s self and in that moment a kind of singularity was created, like I’m faced with death and so it doesn’t need to live inside me anymore (2)doesn’t be ridiculous (1) wonder if we ignore it, will disappear on its own? (1) or maybe if we feed it (2) we’ve already tried that (1)we could run? (1) or try to pass it on to someone else? Maybe it really is just in our heads…
(2) that just makes it worse (1) we should talk to someone about it (2) why? So they can put us in a crazy house? No, talking could make it worse (1) we could talk to a therapist? (2) we could, but we’d never be able to tell them the truth only half truths (1) I wanna shut it out (2) I know (1) I don’t wanna do it (1) it’s not fair and it’s no realistic to be this way forever (2)I know (1)do you ever dream about it? (2)no but sometimes I see it, in the corner of my eye just out of view (1) medicine makes it bearable…. (1)Have we tried fighting it? (2) we’ve already tried that (1) we could try to burn it out (1) or sweat it out? (1) what if we tried giving it what it wants? (2) then we wouldn’t be here sweetheart (1) Maybe that’s for the best maybe this is all some kind a joke,like it’s playing with its food. (2) I don’t like when you talk like that (1) maybe it’s not evil, and it’s just behind me because it doesn’t have any where left to go (2)…. (1) we could try to smother it (2) we’re tried that already (1) we should just face it (2) we did (1) and what did we see? (2) pure darkness
