Job nightmare

HR

So I started a job about a month ago as a support worker in the community. I had been up until last Tuesday been supporting one person as I can’t drive. She after I had been to house to do the dinner shift said she no longer wanted me to support her and was going to put in a formal complaint to HR.

I haven’t been treated the best by her and she has made me so upset I cried one time. Once I had found out that she no longer wanted me to support her I emailed HR the same night with my concerns. However, when they emailed me back the next morning they only concentrated on an incident I had used as an example that wasn’t my fault. Basically disregarded anything I said as to way I have been treated by the client and how it has affected me.

They are having a meeting with the client and social work. I’m not sure what time the meeting is at. But I feel like I should be there so I can voice my concerns as everything has been done over email. Non in the list of complaints made against me is in regard to the way I’ve actually treated the client as I made sure I respected her wishes and never spoke to her a way where I deserved to be treated and spoken to horribly. I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before as I have been in the care sector since 2019. I feel like I’m just not being listened to or being given a fair chance at all. I know I should have went to HR with my concerns a lot sooner but I didn’t want to raise a formal complaint.
