Feeling that people hate you

(F30) I always get the feeling someone is angry at me. I work in a clinic, and one day I feel close to some people, and the next I feel like this person is ignoring me on purpose, so is angry at me. It gives me anxiety and makes me so irritated for the rest of my day. I’m exhausted when I come home from these situations.

I know I work in a stressfull and fustrating field, but it can’t be just that.
