Force changed characters?

Hello I was wondering if there was a fix or anything. After not playing for a while I decided to download bl3 again but my characters changed on they on even with my ps cloud save. I know for a fact I have never leveled Mize to level 72 but she's my Zane now? Same guns and stuff but different character. I have a random level 72 Amara and level 9 Fl4K. But no Zane.
