Broodlord Power level

So I am putting together a Patriarch as a Broodlord proxy, and I'm not a huge fan of how much space it leaves on the oval base. As such I want to add some features to better fill it out. So far I'm thinking of placing a Chaplain Relic Shield at the base of the pipe and was wondering if it seems reasonable for a Broodlord to have killed a Chaplain in Terminator Armour.
