taking a tab today but i took it on saturday

hello everyone! imma make this short as i can. i took a 100ug tab on saturday night and tonight im planning on taking the same dose while watching a movie with one of my friend. will i feel anything? (the time i took a tab on Saturday was my first time taking one aswell)
