Has this season been triggering for anyone else??

Sometimes I find my self getting really really worked up defending Chelley, and Ace. Seeing the fans react to Chelleys rift with Huda was like wow. She articulated herself clearly, and without aggression. She asked for space to get her thoughts together, and calm down because she didn’t want to speak in an agitated state. Regardless of if you felt that her frustration was irrational, or misplaced. I think she went about it a great way. But at the end of the day she was still vilified for it. She never raised her voice at huda, or insulted her — yet it still wasn’t enough to save public perception. I think this is something we as POC deal with a lot. Having emotional responses, we are kind of damned if we do or don’t. Chelley has been labeled as a mean girl, jealous, a hater — and it’s like… idk it bothers me. Anyone else relate?!
