Pelton Tread Error Code: X01TPZ001

Has anyone experienced this on the Tread recently? I have had a tech come out 3 times and having trouble getting it figured out. The tech had never seen this code on the tread and Peloton said it needed a new smart card. 2 smart cards later still not working. 3rd attempt coming soon. I doubt Peloton would be sending out faulty cards this many times. Any advice?
