What is that smell?

So, I am a fairly new homeowner, just a little over one year, and I have this smell…. It smells like stale ice or refrigeration of some kind. While I can’t localize the odor, I’m thinking it’s the fridge/ice maker? I’m not sure of the required maintenance on these fancy fridges! Do I need to clean out the water lines? Is it something like that? Any advice welcome!
