Arms Modification Error

Every time I modify any weapon with for example a sight or something I can never take this change, this has been happening at a time, the more recent one that gave it it was with a gun gun weapon.

The weapon modes I remember are the arsenal {26}, gravel, a resident evil mod (I'm not sure and adds weapons), Assault rifle mod for built 41, handlebar's vintage camos (maybe), improvised silencers, inspect weapon, m14 Attachment Fix, vanilla fyrems expansion
