SOL on a speeding ticket

Location: NY I got a speeding ticket in upstate NY on 95. About 10m south of Plattsburgh (iykyk]. I submitted the ticket to dispute. since I didn't live in NY they let me do it thru the mail. i got a letter that i was denied but didn't hear anything after that. Has to be 15-20 years now. I've renewed my license, in other states, multiple times. Flown into the state, with no issue or anything comIng up. I know i might be a little paranoid but just wondering if there is a SOL on this or if it might come back to bite me someday.
