Therapist on computer during sessions?

I do telehealth therapy, and usually my therapist is present and looking at the screen/me. But some sessions they are on the computer clicking things or typing here and there, the entire session. It's not stopping to take a note of something, it's like they are filling out forms the whole time and not engaged or listening to what I'm saying. Is this normal? Either way it doesn't work for me, and I'll have to bring it up but I was just curious.
