Help me find the time travel book I read about 12 years ago

I read a mostly serious sci-fi novel around 2012–2014. A modern guy time-travels to the 1800s/early 1900s, still has his iPhone (hides it, then retrieves it later), and seeks out historical figures like Goodyear or Rockefeller while trying to survive. Anyone recognize it?

Time‑travel + iPhone in 19th-century setting

Survival tone (not comedy...I think)

Mentions of Goodyear or Rockefeller historical figures

Read circa 2012–2014, likely an indie/Kindle thriller.
