My Schiit Hel 2E broke and now I need something else

My power went out and now all I hear is static and it won't detect in Windows. I've been meaning to replace this anyways because I've heard some quite Schiitty things about this particular model with QC issues which I've experienced before.

Requirements:

• I want to connect my Meze 99 Noir headphones as well as a set of speakers (which I'd also like help picking out), and be able to switch between them with a physical switch
• 32Ω for the Meze 99 Noirs
• Microphone jack
• $100-$300, mostly looking for the best bang for my buck
• PREFERABLY Bluetooth but not required

My setup is nothing fancy, it's just a computer desk, standard gaming setup, but I love music so I want clean but affordable sound. I'd love your thoughts on this, thank you in advance!
