This is Mr. Nice, a villain from the Batman Adventures. He is based on comic author, artist, and editor Archie Goodwin. From A young age Nice had herculean strength. When a robber broke into his nursery he hopped ou of the craddle and subdued him all on his own. This strength would prove useful later in his life when terrorists attacked the studio where he was filming his children's show live. Thanks to his valiant efforts no children were harmed and all the terrorists were arrested. Unfortunately after seeing him take down a dozen armed men with his bare hands the children were terrified of him making his show get cancelled and forcing him to turn to a life of crime. As a criminal he still tried his best to be a nice guy. His robberies were quick, efficient, had no injuries, no casualties, and he even gave money to the gaurds he slipped past or subdued so in case they lost their jobs or got pay cuts because of him they would be able to get back on their feet. After he was done he gave some of his profit to charity. He was widely considered the best criminal to get robbed by with most of his marks being glad to have met him and he was also considered the best criminal boss to work for. He would team up with Mastermind and the Perfessor, two other villains based off of DC editors. His last appearance was when he left Gotham to help a struggling leper colony, symbolizing his inspiration Archie Goodwin passing away from cancer.
